has grown significantly from humble beginnings in a small house classroom to a thriving institution with over 900 students anticipated for the 2024-25 academic year, spread across more than 40 classrooms.

In my 16 years as administrative support at St. Edmund, I’ve had the privilege to witness extraordinary students who consistently achieve accolades through hard work and dedication. Each year, our Sisters honour a deserving recipient ; a tradition I am deeply grateful to uphold. This year, due to scheduling conflicts, Sister Mary Clare entrusted me, as a member of the Charism Friends, to present the award on behalf of the sisters. It was a profound honour and privilege to recognize a student who has overcome numerous challenges, demonstrating exemplary leadership in social justice fundraising and within our school community during her junior high years.

I am deeply grateful to have been part of this special moment and extend heartfelt thanks to The Ursuline of Jesus, particularly Sister Mary Clare Stack and Sister Catherine Grasswill, for their unwavering dedication to our students and staff.
