Dear Sisters and Brothers of the Family of the Incarnation :

Even though there is no “official” celebration for the beginning of this 20th anniversary of The Family of the Incarnation, our Charism Friends in Canada wanted to send a message of solidarity to all the members.

In the Spirit of the Incarnate Word, we give praise and thanks for the vision that was awakened twenty years ago and which continues today to “take flesh” in members living in Africa, Europe, South and North America. As Louis-Marie and Charlotte were “dazzled by the beauty of the mystery of Jesus, the Incarnate Word”, the hearts of Charism Friends in Canada are delighting in this gift of God’s love.

Our world, more than ever, needs women and men who, having been touched by this mystery, long to proclaim, especially among the marginalized and broken, the love of our God poured out in Jesus, Word Incarnate.

Our Charism Friends bring to the world a rich diversity of ethnicities, cultures, country of origin, a faith that is proclaimed in a diversity of languages. It is our hope and prayer that the anniversary celebrations will bring to ever greater fruition a Family that can proclaim to “the ends of the earth”, the wonder of God’s love for all humanity, and the totality of Creation. This is “an enormous task”, but “with God all things are possible” !
